How to sync only manually? #26

Is it possible to sync only manually? I am using the Chronology plugin as well ( https://github.com/Canna71/obsidian-chronology ) and the voicenotes imports make this very cluttered. I would be content with a manual sync whenever I need it.

Added ability to turn off automatic sync with a toggle in settings now in 0.0.18
