go to \pentaho-server-ce-8.1.0.0-365\pentaho-server\tomcat\webapps\pentaho\WEB-INF\lib replace poi-3.17.jar with poi-3.10.jar. Download 3.10 from maven site repository https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.apache.poi
