Report file export does not work with the Pentaho plugin. When click the Download menu after selecting an existing report file, an empty ZIP file is downloaded.

The problem is caused by missing converter entry in the /system/importExport.xml file.

Reopening the issue, as the previous workaround seems to be broken under Penatho 5.1. (See #161)
