Please, accept Too many console windows on windows 10 during tests running

@Gray85 Thanks for the PR. Looks like the problem which you have described happens only on .NET Framework 4.6 and not on .NET Core.

@Gray85 V1.1.3 published, it should be available once NuGet validates and indexes the same.
