Purpose of code changes on this branch:

Update to the BrightRoll adapter that allows developers to choose between 
autostart and click to play.

Pull from http://code.google.com/r/richcollins-adwhirl-sdk-iphone-3

When reviewing my code changes, please focus on:

AdWhirlAdapterBrightRoll.m requiresClickToPlay

After the review, I'll merge this branch into:
/trunk

I just discovered that the previous version sometimes crashes when the ad 
rotates.  You might want to up the priority for this issue.
