Re-Enable Telnet "Hidden Input" Option #44

The Mud can send a Telnet option to force the client to hide the Input send to the MUD.

We need to capture this event in the backend
We need to inform the client of this event
We need to hide every input until this option is reversed
We need to hide every log event in the backend because this is likely used for the login process

I simplified global state for the client + backend channel is recommended.
