I think that this bug is already fixed on master, I just haven't had time to push it to atmosphere.

I'll push it to atmosphere tonight, after testing to make sure that it works.

I have pushed the master branch to Atmosphere, as well as updated the example to use it. Everything appears to work correctly, and I am not getting any 'Deps is not defined' errors. I don't believe a reference to standard-app-packages is necessary.
