Update react #7

React is currently out of date. See https://github.com/mystor/meteor-routecore/commit/fbd6da4877ee6f2d288b306e85c2277d0c10a379#commitcomment-6150034 for why.

Reactivity has since been rewritten check if issues still exist and upgrade.

This is fixed by d70d30141599e4d123a8c892011eeb193eadc4c3.

Will be released in next version of routecore
