added german translation #92

Weblate is not working correctly and giving me serverside errors. So I did it manually.

Sadly, there seem to be a lot of hardcoded non-translatable lines.

I'm not sure what's going on with weblate, and I'm sorry about the hard coded lines - Unfortunately I didn't make the module initially with localization in mind and it kind of shows in the module
