The mytardis chef cookbook license says "all rights reserved" #13

I'm pretty sure that this is an oversight (going back to the Tim's initial version!) but the "license" in site-cookbooks/mytardis/metadata.rb is specified as "All rights reserved".

Can we fix this? I recommend using a "BSD" license ...

(I'm about to refactor the cookbook for the "nectar-cookbooks" project, and I just want to make sure that the "i's are dotted and t's are crossed".)

Hey Steve.. good to hear from you!

I'm personally happy for a BSD license on this repo, but I'll let @tjdett comment before any change.

Thanks, Steve

Hi Steve,

Tim wrote the initial recipe as an employee of the University of Queensland. I was his PM. The intention was always to open source everything that we could. I think I have authority to speak for him on this ...

This is an oversight due to the default chef cookbook template. I'm a little stunned I didn't catch this at the time.

See #14 for a fix.
