Support for cIOS r21 base 58 #113

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install cIOS 21 w/ b58 at slot 249
2.Load cfg loader
3.boot game

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Game should boot. Doesnt

What version of the loader are you using?
63b3

What is your System Menu version (e.g. 4.2u)?
4.3E

What is your media type (HDD, USB Flash, SD/SDHC)?
HDD

How is your media formatted (wbfs, fat32, ntfs)?
fat32

Which cios are you using and which version (222, 249v??)?
249

Does it work with other loaders?
No

Does it work with the latest or an older version?
No

Please provide any additional information below.

Not really a defect, more of a feature request. Alot of peole including myself 
are having controller lag issues with rev 20 and 21.

I have heard whispers that waninkoko said this lag is fixed with base 58 so if 
its not too much trouble can this be integrated. Thankyou

cios 249 rev21 base 58 is already supported by the loader.
if it doesn't work for you it's probably because it doesn't like your drive.
and that's a cios issue not a loader issue.
