'intro=1' meta.xml argument causes black screen most of the time.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add this to the meta file:

<arguments>
<arg>intro=1</arg>
</arguments>

2. Launch cfg from hbc.
3. 95% of the time, black screen that requires Reset.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should see text intro and then cfg UI shortly afterward, but 95% of the time 
it's a black screen and goes no further (doesn't reach cfg UI) and requires a 
push of the 'Reset' button on the console to return to loader (hbc).

Just to note, there is never a code dump and when using other 'intro' 
arguments, everything works fine (i.e. intro > cfg UI).

What version of the loader are you using?
cfg65

What is your media type (HDD, USB Flash, SD/SDHC)?
SDHC C6

How is your media formatted (wbfs, fat32, ntfs)?
fat32 (SD Formatter format)

Which cios are you using, which version, which base (222,249,...)?
(Please try both 249 and 222 with cfg-222.dol) Tried, same problem.

Does it work with the latest or an older version?
95% of the time it doesn't.
