cISO support #131

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.i think that the loader should have thi cISO support to be more complete and 
better
2.In some cases when i choose another cios base to charge a game (example cod 
black ops cios224, moster hunter 3 cios 222) the loader get crash :(

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i think that the loader should have thi cISO support to be more complete and 
better, and the loader dont get crash when i change the cios lo load a game. 

What version of the loader are you using?
v68b

What is your System Menu version (e.g. 4.2u)?
4.3u

What is your media type (HDD, USB Flash, SD/SDHC)?
HDD

How is your media formatted (wbfs, fat32, ntfs)?
wbfs

Which cios are you using, which version, which base (222,249,...)?
(Please try both 249 and 222 with cfg-222.dol)

cios 250 v21dx3 ios 57
cios hermes 222, 223, 224

Does it work with other loaders?
yeah, with wiiflow and Uloader

Does it work with the latest or an older version?
