What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Cfg_USB_Loader_70.zip 
2. Warning screen appears
3. Blank screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Game does not start at all

What version of the loader are you using?
Cfg_USB_Loader_70.zip 

What is your System Menu version (e.g. 4.2u)?
4.2U

What is your media type (HDD, USB Flash, SD/SDHC)?
USB

How is your media formatted (wbfs, fat32, ntfs)?
NTFS

Which cios are you using, which version, which base (222,249,...)?
(Please try both 249 and 222 with cfg-222.dol)
249

Does it work with other loaders?
No

Does it work with the latest or an older version?
Neither

This can be closed. I ended up having a bad copy of the game.  When I tried to 
create a file from my DVD I had a few bad reads which was enough to break it.  
Installing it via Wii backup manager did the trick.  Thanks.
