What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.downloading cheat file 
2.says error to many cheats 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
to let me use the cheats offline but says to many cheats error

What version of the loader are you using?
version 57b7-222

What is your System Menu version (e.g. 4.2u)?
4.1U

What is your media type (HDD, USB Flash, SD/SDHC)?
seagate HDD

How is your media formatted (wbfs, fat32, ntfs)?
WBFS

Which cios are you using and which version (222, 249v??)?
both 222 and 249/ 249 revision 17/ 222 v4

Please provide any additional information below.
i dont know why says it has to many cheats

This is an issue you will find with most (if not all) programs with ocarina. 
Monster Hunter 3 has an enormous sized file, far beyond the cheat limit.  My 
advice is to first open the text file on your computer, remove anything you 
don't want, then convert it to a *.gct file and see if that works. There are 
thousands of cheats, but almost all of them are codes for slots in your item 
box, equipment box, etc.

use a dedicated cheat management app. either on pc or wii.
won't fix.
