In the 'Destroy' section, you can rebuild the droplet with a new image. This will remove all data on the droplet so make sure everything is backed up first.

Done but can't log in now.

The rsa key have changed.

Solution delete old droplet rsa key from known host (/Users/anthonydoan/.ssh/known_hosts).
