relatemany options not working (It's urgent) - provide example #96

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When I use relateMany options where, select , etc.... not working. It is giving 
all records.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

doophp 1.5 and linux
