Getting comments of security bugs breaks load #58

The request to get the comments of bug (to get sort data) doesn't include credentials, so we get failures for security bug.

This bug is made higher profile because currently the tag fetching is all-or-nothing. If any bug fails, the entire result is ignored.

This is partially fixed. Now the security bugs just don't load anything, but the rest of the bugs load.
