Update Google setup description in README #133

I just set up org-gcal for the first time and the README was quite out of date. This video by Mike Zamansky is a bit more up to date but still lacks the OAuth consent screen part. I hope this change will make it a bit easier for people to get started with using this project. :)

Nevermind, just realized that this project is no longer maintained and that there is an active fork..
