Consistent-hashing is good at hash-partitioning of key/value pairs;
However, it is difficult to control the behavior when [churn rate
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Churn_rate] is high and some problem happens.
The uncontrollable behavior is not good at a perspective of system management.
