Firewall - IP address shows in port column if port is not specified #142

Describe the problem:

In the firewall tab, if a port is not specified, the IP address appears in the port column instead.

Steps to Reproduce:

Add a firewall rule with an IP but without a port specified.

Debian version:

Any

VestaCP Version:

0.9.8.26-29

Shown in example below, where IP address is 1.2.3.4 and no port specified, where next rule has a port specified.
