Coverage Status

Coverage remained the same when pulling 509b4eac180cd3026061a5965ce10698afac6b2b on printables into bedb1e2b52a9455dc704d3e609c98b0a1770e829 on develop.

@endura29 Several adjustments to the print CSS here:

  1. Add My Voice header
  2. Remove My Voice footer
  3. Defaults to A4, .5 margins all sides
  4. Fits 4 graphs to first page, other tables to follow, no in line page breaks
  5. Section headers to be gray background white text as in web page: screen shot 2014-07-24 at 10 52 49 am
  6. Add gray box to Survey Participation screen shot 2014-07-24 at 11 06 42 am
