General Feedback Survey - Users receiving unintented error msg - Aug 1

@Boyombo It seems that users are receiving an unintended error message.

The user sent "star" to 55999, which is an acceptable trigger for the generic survey (as is 55999). While they did receive the survey, they also received an error message.

Could we make sure that the system is accepting the following triggers for the generic survey? (They're included in text it, but perhaps not built into the system elsewhere.)
