Hi @boyombo, while you're updating the facility reports, there is one copy addition we would like to make to the pages. Could you update the gray comment headers within detailed comments sections on the facility reports to contain questions? I've included them here:
HOSPITAL AVAILABILITY: When are healthcare workers not available at the facility?
STAFF TREATMENT: How did the staff disrespect you at the facility?
TREATMENT EXPLANATION: Did the staff explain your illness and treatment? What do you still want to know?
CHARGE FOR SERVICES: What did you pay for? How much was it?
CLEAN HOSPITAL MATERIALS: What in the facility is not clean?
GENERAL FEEDBACK: Any other praises or complaints about the facility?
