Describe the solution you'd like

To be able to activate and apply module,without rebooting the device. maybe restarting the daemon,or anything else. is it possible?

Reboot is required only when the module hooks system framework (android) in all other case no. The hooks must be set before startup and cannot be set at runtime. So in the case of an app just close and reopen, in the case of the system framework you have to restart.
