Fix screen configuration documentation #93

When configuring ocp I noticed that the values for insttype and channeltype are wrong in the documentation. Also, to disable mvoltype was undocumented.

It looks like the insttype settings doesn't work any longer in v0.2.102 though, but they do in v0.2.101.

I'm in the middle of refactoring code in other parts, so will take some time before I can dive into the issues you mentions. Could you open a Issue, so it is not missed?

Sure! The issue I now opened is unrelated to this PR though, this PR is just a fix of the incorrect documentation.
