Don't change/finish state of RW if the domain wasn't changed #112

When a slow website is opened and user rates it, there is an event which triggers "update()" which leads to auto-change of rating mode.

This still happens. If I'm in the middle of rating when something triggers an update event, I drop out of the rating mode, even though the rating window remains open and the domain hasn't changed.

Yes, this issue hasn't been fixed yet.
