RW fails to build category selector after accidental close #129

Strange bug. How I got it:

Visited unrated website
Started to rate it (yellow, light green), picked category "Misleading".
Started to type a comment
accidentally clicked away of RW, so it was closed.
Clicked WOT button to see RW again
Continued to type the comment, and noticed, that "save" button is disabled.
Clicked "Back to ratings" to check what's wrong: noticed category selector is invisible (failed to build) for some reason.

no errors in console.
