Wrong votes are sent for next visited website #71

Apparently finishstate() function has a flaw and sends votes given to previously visited website to the next website at some conditions.

Timo suggested to disable "autosubmit" feature so that ratings & votes are sent only when user clicks "Save" button. This will quickly fix the problem.
