Comment's encoding issue #72

I just wrote a comment via the addon comment interface, then switched to an other Tab, then returned, opened the addon interface again the letters ä, ö, ü where changed to "Ã¼" "Ã¤" etc.

This bug appers with Firefox 24 and WOT 20130917

Could not reproduce it with Google Chrome;

This happens only when the comment is stored in local keeper.
