Settings page : core.updatetabstate: failed with DOMException: INVALID_STATE_ERR #26

If user clicks Settings link on the RatingWindow, Opera throws 2 exceptions.

It happens when RW calls "finishupdatestate" when hiding, but current tab is already a new one with "not ready" settings page.
