AFAICS only Qt Positioning features are used at the moment. (Qt Location is for "mapping and navigation".)

I'm not sure if this is unused. I need it for the location detection for adding repeater QSOs 🤔

Again, Qt Location is for maps and navigation. I found only Qt Positioning being used (in C++).
