[Bug] Tp to own shops #2

Add a permission node to tp to self owned shops this could be finditem.shoptpown or finditem.shoptp.own being able to tp to shopped that are owned by the player is way to op and creates unlimited homes which can easily be abused.

This feature has been added as of 2.0.5.6 version. Refer this wiki to view all permissions. By default, finditem.shoptp.own is set to all players. If you want to prevent specific players to teleport to own shop, negate this permission from their user group from whichever permission management plugin you are using.
