Choose a CSS framework #12

@YasirAlabas @Mzaien Please choose a CSS framework that we should use. Some options:

To start the discussion, I think we should opt for a high level framework such as Bootstrap or MaterialUI in order to save time. Bootstrap 5 does not use jQuery anymore so I presume it's lighter than before.

I would love to choose and use charkar ui Since I've used it It so prefect for react good amount of components and good docs Dark mode Rlt And much more. For second choice I want to try tailwindcss 😆 Other frameworks has meh ui

I'm not really sure about the other choices since I don't have any experience with them. Tailwind and Bootstrap seem the same for me, so I'd rather use something I'm more comfortable with. MaterialUI and ChakraUI seem to be React related frameworks, if we are going to use React then I see no problem using them since we have some experience with React I'm fine with Bootstrap even though the choices there are considered redundant compared to the other React frameworks. And I believe we could use Bootstrap even if we opted to use the other frameworks but not the other way around.

Okay guys we are going with ChakraUI.

There is something i have not said about chakra it slightly reduces the load speed and increase the bundle size we wont get 100/100 score in light house 🦹‍♂️
