Reflectance in shiny #49

@DaveEdge1 rather critical: at the moment we can't use the already existing (e.g., calculated before) reflectance file in shiny. If no raw data is present, then there is no way to use cropping/roi selection and distance calibration tools.

Even more, using the precalculated RGB tif/png preview from stretch_raster_full() could be also an important addition.
