Steps to test:

  1. Run parse_municipalities.R
    • [x] Check if no errors
  2. Run daily_municipality.Rmd
    • [ ] Check if emoji's show up in csv on github
  3. Run generate_municipality_images.R Check if the cutoff is the same in part 1, 2, 3:
    • [ ] 's-Gravenhage -> Gulpen-Wittem
    • [ ] Haaksbergen -> Putten
    • [ ] Raalte -> Zwolle )
  4. Run part of daily_update.R
    • [ ] Check if emoji shows up on twitter
