Modified URLs for Feature Suggestion #170 #172

Weather widgets now have weather app as the default URL Date now has a default URL of the calendar There is now an option in settings for the URL for Date This takes care of #126 and #170

I incorporated feature request #169 and also slightly changed the minutes after help text to match. Now blank keeps event showing for the duration, whereas 0 or a number continues to work as it originally did.

I incorporated feature request #151 too. Added an option to enter the hex code for overdue reminders, blank sets the hex to exactly what Color.red()'s hex is
