[Nitpicking] Nothing about .cache in the docs #26

Hi,

First of all, thanks for the package. Work like a charm !

Just a little nitpicking, you never mention the creation of ".cache" directory. At first, I thought it was from an unexpected error.

Moreover, would it be possible to have an option to control it ?
