[MagStore] List all participating sites #11

The MagStore should list all participating sites (pledgeable). Each site should have pledge button Each site should have pledge and adblocking status indicator Each pledged site should have a settings button. This button links to the site entry in the dashboard, where I can authorize ads or revoke my pledge

I still fail to understand the difference between magstore and the dashboard description especially due to requirements in bug #13 The only visible difference between them is that dashboard has actual controls, but magstore has "indicators" of those controls. I can easily implement this UI, but whenever we copy one UI to almost identical UI elsewhere, we probably should give it another thought.

Magstore lists all pledgeable sites. The dashboard only lists those that have been pledged (as per #7). Updated #13 to align with status indicators listed in first comment.
