[Feature Request] Hide section if calendar has no entries #13

It would be nice to be able to hide the calendar section if there were no entries in the calendar for the given time period. Usually calendar sections are preceded by a heading section which we would probably want to hide as well.

It may be a different issue, but it would be nice to have an optional heading built into the calendar section, that way if we hide the calendar section, we don't also have to hide the heading somehow.
