Add Name of each event's calendar #27

I added the name of the calendar to the array of each event. Also added a new placeholder "calendar".

Thank you for your contribution! It's an interesting feature idea. However, I changed the implementation a bit, see https://github.com/mziech/nextcloud-calendar-news/commit/ef0571990500478933033ddec972444e6a1d19ce

It will be part of the next release, sorry for the delay!
