IMAP security options are misleading

The option names for the imap server parameter are misleading if used literally like the PHP function.

• /ssl means the secure alternative of the imap protocol on port 993 and secure nowadays means TLS
• /tls means using start-TLS to promote an unsecure connection to a secure one
• /notls means to not use start-TLS with an unsecured connection, even if the server supports it

So I would suggest to use this strings in the settings form: option	english	german
/ssl	Secure connection	Sichere Verbindung
/ssl	SSL/TLS	SSL/TLS
/tls	Force start-TLS	Erzwinge start-TLS
/notls	Disable start-TLS	Kein start-TLS
