Settings Page

It would be nice if the users could have a settings page to change things like:

• Their own details including password
• A default preferred delay value
• Perhaps a custom color scheme? (would not be too hard with SASS)

For admin's the settings page is also where I would like to have a tab for users.

The users list could have a checkbox (or on/off button) for admin and instructor privileges.

For instructors I think I would want a 'students' link at the top of the normal page.
