Civil 3D 2025.1 upgrade

This PR upgrades Camber to be compatible with Civil 3D 2025.1

Upgrade target from .NET Framework 4.8 to .NET 8
Fix nodes that called matrix transformation methods from the AutoCAD utilities
Fix Document.BlockByName calls to Block.GetBlockByName
Update the CatchmentGroup class to not inherit CivilObject
Added messages to notify users about obsolete nodes that can be replaced by nodes from the main Civil 3D node library
Add a small migration assistant app to facilitate bulk graph upgrades
