MZmine 4.03 not always generating supplementary pairs file for IIMN #1950

Hi

OS:Windows 11 MZMine version 4.03

When I click export for molecular networking it creates the .mgf file and the feature quant table, but only creates the supplementary pairs file about half of the time. Sometimes I can get it to work if I rerun the whole project through MZmine using the same settings as before but its a bit of a pain

Currently, we only export the additional edges file if there are edges available. Would you prefer that we export an empty file?

You are running metaCorrelate and ion identity networking in the same batch configuration and once it is exported and once not?
