open example.mov and create live photo at 01m13s80 creates:

example.mov-01m13s80-CB156AB0-C30C-40BA-99ED-19E554089999.MOV and example.mov-01m13s80-CB156AB0-C30C-40BA-99ED-19E554089999.JPG
