Time to UI update!

Main playback window (created from Open...)
Main playback overview window
Play, seek movie and Create Live Photo With This Frame opens LivePhotoSandbox popover
In LivePhotoSandbox, we can preview 3 secs live photo on click, drag scope around the poster frame, check beginning and ending frame image, and Create Live Photo to export to Photos.app with these settings
