Sometimes when you log in the user portion of the nav doesn't show up #135

Seems to work on mobile

I've seen this a few times but have no idea what causes it. Needs research.

Caused because mobile nav is 100vh and needs to be restyled to allow for bottom to always be there and middle portion with nav to grow to fit space.
