Hello mzst123, I am using your design since several month and I am very pleased with it. The only thing I wish to change is the battery (maybe put a larger one) and the JST connector. This is not feasable with the current enclosure. You were mentionning that you woked on a new one. May I ask if you have reached a new design you'd be willing to share ? Otherwise, do you have the CAD version of the current one that I could use as a starting point to modify ? Cheers, Akira

Hi, i will try and find the files you are looking for tomorrow. Regards

Hello, Have you had time to find the files ? Cheers,

Hi. Sorry, i have been quite busy and kinda forgot. I did manage to find the files of the newer version, of which i did a few boxes. It uses a different charging chip that is cheaper and more powerful (the TP4056). You can find them on Ebay for a few cents. The board can be found here. I ordered with the "2 oz copper, 0.8mm thickness" option, so the enclosure is made for that PCB. The enclosure was made in Fusion360 and can be found here. Due to a limitation in Fusion360 you can't change much of the design that has chamfers so here is the version without the chamfers Here is the assembled 3D board i used to fit the enclosure Alternatively you can also download the files here. Have fun and let me know if you need anything. Cheers

Thank you so much, this is really nice from you. Do you use the JST connector on this design ? My battery cable keep on getting cut or desoldered. I have to resolder them every two days ... :-/ This 3D modeling is really impressive !! I'll get some PCBs to start with !

Hi, This enclosure also does not have room for the JST connector because it would become too bulky. I never had problems with desoldering. Do you solder the wire through the holes meant for soldering? If you solder them right through them they should never desolder if you don't take out the battery/PCB regularly. Should you still want the Connector you can easily adapt the enclosure for it. Make sure you use the version without the chamfers. Cheers
