Translation of Umlaut text fails #3

E.g. german_to_english translation.

German: Das ist wunderschön.

will produce

English: This is wunderschn.

That is, any word containing Umlauts fails to be translated.

An encoding issue?

Yes, this is a clear encoding issue.

Please verify if you are using the right encoding. Another user had the same 
issue,
and was solved by defining the right encoding before using the lib!
